Ferguson Enterprises Corporate Headquarters II is a 155,185-square-foot, five-story corporate office facility developed to accommodate the company’s rapid growth and expanding workforce in Newport News. Constructed adjacent to Ferguson’s existing headquarters, the facility provided additional office and administrative capacity while incorporating a dedicated 4,000-square-foot data center to support critical technology and business operations. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning services, incorporating packaged rooftop variable air volume HVAC systems and an independent environmental system serving the data center. The facility continues to provide flexible corporate infrastructure supporting Ferguson’s business operations while forming an important part of the company’s long-term headquarters presence in Newport News.
