Elizabeth Davis Middle School is a 175,000-square-foot educational facility developed for Chesterfield County Public Schools to accommodate growth and provide a comprehensive learning environment for middle school students. The two-story school includes 65 classrooms along with a gymnasium, cafeteria, auditorium, and media center, while its educational program incorporates an emphasis on environmental sustainability and the Chesapeake Bay. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning services for the project. Integrated building systems support the school’s diverse academic and shared spaces while providing energy-efficient, reliable infrastructure for a facility that continues to serve a growing student population.
