Overview

The Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery is a 15,000-square-foot retail showroom developed as a “Showroom of the Future” and prototype for Ferguson’s evolving customer experience. Located on the company’s Newport News campus, the facility showcases bath, kitchen, appliance, and lighting products through immersive displays, digital technology, lighting laboratories, working demonstrations, and flexible environments that allow customers to experience products firsthand. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning services, integrating building systems capable of supporting the showroom’s diverse lighting, technology, demonstration, and occupancy requirements. The facility provides Ferguson with an adaptable, experience-driven retail environment that showcases its product lines while supporting future changes in display technology and customer engagement.
