Overview
Princess Anne Middle School is a new, state-of-the-art educational facility developed to replace the existing school and serve the growing Virginia Beach community. The 257,784-square-foot school provides modern classrooms, collaborative learning environments, athletic facilities, and shared community spaces designed to support contemporary educational programs. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning services. Integrated building and life-safety systems were designed to support energy efficiency, occupant comfort, reliable operation, and long-term flexibility.
