The facility combines contemporary office environments with the Kiln Creek branch, bringing corporate operations and member-facing services together within a centralized location designed to support the credit union’s continued growth. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design, Construction Administration, and Commissioning services, integrating reliable building systems with the technology and operational infrastructure required by a modern financial institution. The facility continues to serve as 1st Advantage’s headquarters while providing flexible workplace and banking environments capable of adapting to evolving organizational, technology, and member-service needs.
