The station includes apparatus bays, administrative offices, living quarters, training areas, and support spaces designed to accommodate modern fire and EMS operations. Thompson Consulting Engineers provided mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection engineering services for the new station. Building systems were designed to support the demanding operational requirements of a 24-hour emergency response facility while prioritizing reliability, energy efficiency, occupant comfort, and long-term maintainability.
