Overview
The Chesterfield County Eanes-Pittman Public Safety Training Center is supported by modernized mechanical and life-safety infrastructure designed to improve system reliability, operational performance, and facility safety. The project replaced rooftop air-conditioning and air-handling equipment along with associated ductwork and piping, upgraded automatic temperature controls, and provided supporting electrical improvements for the new mechanical systems. Life-safety improvements included modernization of the fire alarm system and upgrades to the facility’s dry pipe sprinkler system. Together, these integrated systems support reliable HVAC operation, improved environmental control, enhanced fire protection, and long-term performance for an active public safety training facility.
